  • Inside Sales Representative

    1SourceVideo is a National Distributor that specializes in bringing synergistic post-production & video broadcast products to market, across North America & South America. 1SourceVideo offers competitive compensation, as well as full medical benefits, a 401K plan, a profit-sharing program, all in a friendly atmosphere.     Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Background in Video Production/Cinema, Audio Production, or Post Production industries preferred.

    Salary range ($50,000 – $150,000) is negotiable, but based on applicant’s relative experience.

    Interact with resellers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Also, build relationships through daily outbound contact to inform and influence resellers to utilize company offered solutions.

    Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. Initiate daily contact with resellers primarily by telephone or zoom meetings. Will spend 4-5 hrs daily on the phone. No Cold Calling
    2. Build relationships with each contact
    3. Create awareness of company offerings and also provide product information regarding, promotions, new additions to manufacturer lines
    4. Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries
    5. Handle and resolve customer issues and obtain and evaluate all relevant information
    6. Maintain each reseller's account, verify contact information and maintain associated files, keep all documents current and up-to-date
    7. Process forms, applications, and requests
    8. Promptly direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
    9. Enter clear and effective notes into database/ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database, record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, record details of actions taken
    10. Manage administration requests/ follow-up
    11. Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal departments
    12. Answer phones promptly, and manage multiple phone line system
    13. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently

  • Customer Service Coordinator

    National Distributor is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage and support a select group of resellers nationwide. The Returns Merchandise Coordinator performs necessary steps to fulfill the customer’s return in accordance with the company’s return and exchange policies. Depending on the item’s condition and reason for return, the item is forwarded to different departments to be resold, returned to vendor, etc. The Customer Service Coordinator will also assist resellers on the order processing side to ensure that new orders are processed quickly with accuracy and invoiced in the same manner.

    Salary Based on Experience. Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000

    Purpose of the Position

    The Return Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for handling customer concerns both internally and externally related to product returns and new/existing orders. Resolution could be needed for a multitude of issues, including defective parts, exchanges, late or lost deliveries, invoicing errors, repairs, missing items, parts damaged during transit, address changes, credits, customs issues, tracking information, product availability, order status, revisions etc. Works under general supervision. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.

    Qualifications:

    1. 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support environment; Ideally experience within Supply-Chain & Distribution and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
    2. Strong interpersonal skills and a confident and effective communication style.
    3. A customer-focused mindset, utilizing troubleshooting abilities and creative problem-solving to support customers at every stage of the process and all the way through implementation of solution to resolution and customer success.
    4. An effective collaborator and team player with a hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring quality product and establishing best practices in a fast-paced team environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide day-to-day support and liaison between, sales, accounting, warehouse/shipping, vendors, and customer success teams to process new incoming orders, assist resellers with current orders and revisions and coordinate the return of customer products with an elevated level of professionalism and create a positive and helpful customer experience.
    2. Receive and process Product Returns (RMA), managing customer interactions received via multiple channels and communicating effectively to understand customer requirements, set customer expectations, and strengthen customer relationships.
    3. Prioritize and manage workflow through RMA - providing direction and feedback to team members and customers for continuous improvement and to achieve goals.
    4. Organize on-time shipments of replacement customer products, credits, etc. maintain and track product backlog/inventory, and provide customer reporting, utilizing our warehouse management system to manage the end-to-end RMA process with constant attention to measurable and continuous improvement
    5. Inventory checks performed weekly.
    6. Assist Purchasing with new purchase orders, revise existing purchase orders, cancellations as well as consignment movement between warehouses.
    7. Must be able to work in a warehouse with hot and cold temperature changes.
    8. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
    9. Responds to requests via incoming revisions, telephone calls, emails, and returned boxes daily.
    10. Documents RMAs by adding notes to activities in our inventory management system as well as gathers pertinent information about the issue(s).
    11. Provides customers with RMA numbers and instructions for returning products.
    12. Processing new incoming orders, revising of existing orders and invoicing orders that are set to ship.
    13. Creates and prints pick lists and packing slips when needed.
    14. Assist with purchasing by generating new purchase orders based on need, revise existing purchase orders and movement of virtual stock between warehouses.
    15. Quarantines Stock when necessary.
    16. Coordinates defective tested replacements, units for repack with resellers.
    17. Communicates with accounting, inventory control, shipping, tech support, carriers, Business Units, and entities to resolve issues and prevent re-occurrences.
    18. Follows up and invoices RMAs to ensure customers receive items, credits, and invoices in a timely fashion.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    1. Proficient with a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and familiar with using an inventory management software system.
    2. Experience with Acctivate preferred but not required.
    3. Strong proficiency in customer service.
    4. Strong ability to work under time constraints, to multitask, and solve multifaceted problems.
    5. Strong organizational, planning skills, and attention to detail.
    6. Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high quality standards.
    7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to enable tailored written responses and an effective interface with customers, potential customers, internal departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff.
    8. Must be able to work on a self-initiated basis in a team environment.

  • Accountant / Controller

    Full time / In Office Position / No Opportunities for Remote Work.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. 10 or more years of corporation accounting experience (inventory basis preferred) and 5 or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager/controller
    2. Experience in preparation and process payroll for 40+ employees, including 401k & garnishment payments and sales commission
    3. Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office are the must
    4. Advanced knowledge and skill to Microsoft Excel is strongly required
    5. Acctivate Inventory and Distribution Management software experience is a big plus
    6. Must have strong research and the ability of problem solve and self-initiate processes with limited guidance
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience of working with senior management
    8. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
    9. Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable, in order to oversee & manage those team members’ work

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks with focus on streamlining accounting processes
    2. Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
    3. Provides financial information to senior management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
    4. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information and adjustment by journal entries
    5. Verification all vendor’s price sheets for accuracy
    6. Perform multilevel accounting reconciliation between inventory management system and Quickbooks
    7. Preparation documentation for 401k, workers’ compensation and AR insurance audit
    8. Conduct major vendor(s) annual accounting audit
    9. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
    10. Perform insurance claims, if any
    11. Work with HR and maintain PAPER DOCS for employees
    12. Insurance policies renewal (Medical, Workers’ Comp, Cargo, AR etc.)
    13. Process REFUND requests to resellers
    14. Bank Reconciliation
    15. Preparation, file & pay quarterly State Corporation Business Tax, State Sales Tax Returns for 2 states
    16. Preparation and assist CPA for corporation tax return and quarterly estimate tax
    17. Fill in were needed in department-AR - AP - banking-RMA credits and Activities

    Education & Experience:

    1. Accounting Degree- Bachelor’s or higher
