  • Data Entry / Order Processing

    Duties Included but Not Limited to:

    1. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
    2. Expedite orders by inputting data into the order system; flagging for price
    3. Answer questions concerning orders/invoices and respond to requests
    4. Seek advice and guidance on nonroutine or problem areas from supervisor or verify overrides were cleared by the supervisor
    5. Participate in weekly meetings
    6. Work effectively in a team environment with the purchasing, accounting, shipping and sales staff
    7. Process customer product return paperwork
    8. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers

    Skills Required:

    1. Extensive Computer Skills
    2. Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced work environment
    3. Attention to detail is IMPERATIVE to ensure all orders meet customer's requirements
    4. High Level of Accuracy
    5. Data Entry
    6. Ability to work independently and under supervision
    7. High rate of Retention
    8. Ability to communicate effectively
    9. Corporate Ettiquette
    10. Strong sense of organization
    11. Strong Verbal Communications to effectively work with a customer base of near 1,000

    Required Proficiency in:

    1. Both Mac/PC Platforms
    2. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
    3. Quickbooks
    4. Outlook or Entourage
    5. Data Entry Software: ACCTIVATE (preferred)

    Background/Experience in one or more of the following is desired:

    1. Retail or Wholesale, preferably Technical/Electronic Equipment, Broadcasting, Content Creation, Video Production, Customer Service

    Required Work Experience:

    1. Minimum of 3 years Experience (with at least 1 year in the following fields)
      1. EDI Experience is a must
      2. Order Processing
      3. Administrative Experience in Data Entry, Corporate Office

    Compensation:

    1. Full Medical Benefits available after 90 Days
    2. 401K Plan
    3. The salary between $40,000 and $50,000

    Hours Required: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    Company Elected candidate is subject to a 90-day probationary period.
