  • Customer Service Representative

    1SourceVideo is a National Distributor that specializes in bringing synergistic post-production & video broadcast products to market, across North America & South America. 1SourceVideo offers competitive compensation, as well as full medical benefits, a 401K plan, a profit-sharing program, all in a friendly atmosphere.     Overview:

    Interact with resellers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Also, build relationships through daily outbound contact to inform and influence resellers to utilize company offered solutions.

    Primary Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. Initiate daily contact with resellers primarily by telephone. Will spend 4-5 hrs daily on the phone. No Cold Calling
    2. Build relationships with each contact
    3. Create awareness of company offerings and also provide product information regarding, promotions, new additions to manufacturer lines
    4. Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries
    5. Handle and resolve customer issues and obtain and evaluate all relevant information
    6. Maintain each reseller's account, verify contact information and maintain associated files, keep all documents current and up-to-date
    7. Process forms, applications, and requests
    8. Promptly direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
    9. Enter clear and effective notes into database/ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database, record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, record details of actions taken
    10. Manage administration requests/ follow-up
    11. Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal departments
    12. Answer phones promptly, and manage multiple phone line system
    13. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
    14. Participate in the weekly meetings.

  • RMA Coordinator

    In search of a RMA Coordinator to manage and support a select group of resellers nationwide. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be a positive attribute to the team and have working knowledge of RMA.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for obtaining authorization (RMA) from suppliers to ship defective products for repair/ replacement
    2. Creating RMA orders and invoices for shipping defective products
    3. Monitor commit dates on RMA purchase orders and expedite materials with suppliers when necessary to insure on-time deliveries
    4. Track and report on all suppliers performances to management
    5. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
    6. Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
    7. Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the internal team and customers
    8. Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Material, Quality and Engineering as required
    9. Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required
    10. Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required
    11. Must be able to data mine and build reports and charts from shop floor control system, Real Time
    12. Process RMAs (this includes the communication, management, with vendors and reconciliation of all outgoing defective parts)
    13. Tracking RMA requests and manage aging, while escalating non-responsive vendors
    14. Adapt to and negotiate vendor requests and requirements
    15. Receive Finished Goods RMA (reverse management, and reconciliation from outgoing defective goods)
    16. Also reconcile all materials for credit PFL/PFC virtual reconciliation and system move and update of the status
    17. Multitudinous manual steps/tasks are involved in that process in order to accomplish the above scope within the job responsibilities
    18. Assist with other assigned tasks as directed by direct manager

    Education, Training and Skills:

    1. High school diploma required
    2. 2 years of experience within a RMA role
    3. Understanding and adherence to Support / Operations Best Practices is a must
    4. Good written and verbal communication skills
    5. Must work well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
    6. Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution
    7. Return or Warranty administration experience for a hardware vendor would be useful
    8. Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary
