  • Inside Sales Representative

    1SourceVideo is a National Distributor that specializes in bringing synergistic post-production & video broadcast products to market, across North America & South America. 1SourceVideo offers competitive compensation, as well as full medical benefits, a 401K plan, a profit-sharing program, all in a friendly atmosphere. We are currently looking to hire exceptional employees that have knowledge of our industry and seek employment opportunities.

    Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Background in Video Production/Cinema, Audio Production, or Post Production industries preferred.

    Salary range ($50,000 – $150,000) is negotiable, but based on applicant’s relative experience.

    Interact with resellers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Also, build relationships through daily outbound contact to inform and influence resellers to utilize company offered solutions.

    Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. Initiate daily contact with resellers primarily by telephone or zoom meetings. Will spend 4-5 hrs daily on the phone. No Cold Calling
    2. Build relationships with each contact
    3. Create awareness of company offerings and also provide product information regarding, promotions, new additions to manufacturer lines
    4. Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries
    5. Handle and resolve customer issues and obtain and evaluate all relevant information
    6. Maintain each reseller's account, verify contact information and maintain associated files, keep all documents current and up-to-date
    7. Process forms, applications, and requests
    8. Promptly direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
    9. Enter clear and effective notes into database/ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database, record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, record details of actions taken
    10. Manage administration requests/ follow-up
    11. Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal departments
    12. Answer phones promptly, and manage multiple phone line system
    13. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
    14. Participate in the weekly meetings

  • Accountant / Controller

    Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of Corporation Accounting Experience.

    Full time / In Office Position / No Opportunities for Remote Work.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. 10 or more years of corporation accounting experience (inventory basis preferred) and 5 or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager/controller
    2. Experience in preparation and process payroll for 40+ employees, including 401k & garnishment payments and sales commission
    3. Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office are the must
    4. Advanced knowledge and skill to Microsoft Excel is strongly required
    5. Acctivate Inventory and Distribution Management software experience is a big plus
    6. Must have strong research and the ability of problem solve and self-initiate processes with limited guidance
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience of working with senior management
    8. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
    9. Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable, in order to oversee & manage those team members’ work

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks with focus on streamlining accounting processes
    2. Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
    3. Provides financial information to senior management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
    4. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information and adjustment by journal entries
    5. Verification all vendor’s price sheets for accuracy
    6. Perform multilevel accounting reconciliation between inventory management system and Quickbooks
    7. Preparation documentation for 401k, workers’ compensation and AR insurance audit
    8. Conduct major vendor(s) annual accounting audit
    9. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
    10. Perform insurance claims, if any
    11. Work with HR and maintain PAPER DOCS for employees
    12. Insurance policies renewal (Medical, Workers’ Comp, Cargo, AR etc.)
    13. Process REFUND requests to resellers
    14. Bank Reconciliation
    15. Preparation, file & pay quarterly State Corporation Business Tax, State Sales Tax Returns for 2 states
    16. Preparation and assist CPA for corporation tax return and quarterly estimate tax
    17. Fill in were needed in department-AR - AP - banking-RMA credits and Activities

    Education & Experience:

    1. Accounting Degree- Bachelor’s or higher
    2. Proven Knowledge of customer service principles and practices & sales procedures
    3. Similar or Equal product knowledge in the Technology Sector
