  • Video Producer / Editor

    1SourceVideo is seeking a Producer/Editor to join the production team and create engaging video content. We are looking for someone who has a knack for presenting complex tech products and making them engaging and interesting for the viewer.

    The Producer/Editor is responsible for developing, shooting, and editing original material, advertising a wide range of new pro-video and broadcast equipment. Candidatesshould be able to take direction and be capable of working in a fast-paced editing environment. This candidate will work side by side with the Senior Producer/Editor to create a constant stream of content for social media platforms.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    1. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
    2. Demonstrated ability to produce videos independently from concept to final product
    3. Must be proactive and can anticipate needs
    4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and pivot and shift gears quickly as needed
    5. Tenacity to always look for ways to elevate content through multimedia formats


    1. 3+ years of experience working in video content production
    2. Proficiency in non-linear editing with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative suite (including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
    3. Has a keen eye towards color correction, image quality, and detail
    4. Firm understanding of the entire production process, from writing, lighting, shooting and editing
    5. Proficiency filming with a variety of video, lighting, and audio equipment and formats
    6. Strong understanding of pro-video and broadcast equipment (especially Blackmagic Design) is a major plus
    7. Must be able to share a reel or samples of previous work

  • IT Systems Administrator

    Candidates must have experience working in a corporate environment maintaining reliability and security of all information systems, telecommunications systems (both analog and VoIP phones), and equipment by analyzing and implementing solutions. Selected candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.

    Primary Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. System Administrator for Inventory Control & CRM Systems (ACCTivate & VOIP system)
    2. Generate standard monthly report templates via Crystal Reports and Excel
    3. Point of contact for staff in 2 office locations for IT troubleshooting or training questions
    4. Project lead for new software implementation and troubleshooting
    5. Coordinate IT equipment upgrades and software upgrades with vendor and staff
    6. Performs miscellaneous job—related duties as assigned
    7. Setup, install, configure and network PCs, servers, firewalls, printers, peripherals and parts
    8. Troubleshoot PCs, servers, printers and peripherals
    9. Troubleshoot IP networking, routing, and network security issues
    10. Administer, maintain, support, and perform upgrades for order management system, inventory shipping POS, customer relationship, accounting, credit card processing, and e-commerce
    11. Maintain and support Windows Server environments (mixed environment of in-house and hosted servers)

    Skill Requirements:

    1. Proven ability to manage advanced technical projects from start to finish
    2. Able to decipher which issues need immediate attention from upper management
    3. Analyzing Information
    4. Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Server

    Required Work Experience:

    1. A++ Certification a plus
    2. 2 or 4 year degree in related computing field from an accredited program
    3. Experience in Video, Surveillance, or Broadcasting a plus
    4. Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
    5. Willingness to learn new services and technologies extremely organized & detail oriented

  • Admin / Order Entry

    Duties Included but Not Limited to:

    1. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
    2. Expedite orders by inputting data into the order system; flagging for price
    3. Answer questions concerning orders/invoices and respond to requests
    4. Seek advice and guidance on nonroutine or problem areas from supervisor or verify overrides were cleared by the supervisor
    5. Participate in weekly meetings
    6. Work effectively in a team environment with the purchasing, accounting, shipping and sales staff
    7. Process customer product return paperwork
    8. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers

    1. Both Mac/PC Platforms

    5. Data Entry Software: ACCTIVATE (preferred)

    Background/Experience in one or more of the following is desired:

    1. Retail or Wholesale, preferably Technical/Electronic Equipment, Broadcasting, Content Creation, Video Production, Customer Service

    Required Work Experience:

    1. Minimum of 3 years Experience (with at least 1 year in the following fields)
      1. EDI Experience is a must
      2. Order Processing
      3. Administrative Experience in Data Entry, Corporate Office
