  • Shipping & Receiving Clerk

    Coordinate shipping/receiving processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience is a plus. Ideal for a WELL SEASONED, proven, responsible & dynamic individual.

    Primary Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. Accept shipments by inspecting condition of items; comparing count of items to purchase order and packing list
    2. Complete Orders by obtaining pick tickets; locating and verifying materials; moving materials to staging area or to transportation vehicle
    3. Scan & Check (Pick/Pack & Receiving)
    4. Generate Shipping Quotes for customers
    5. Verify Shipping Documents/Packing Slips/Shipping labels based on customer purchase order
    6. Ship International and Domestic Packages
    7. Participate in weekly meetings
    8. Assist with overflow in the front office/cross-raining
    9. General office maintenance
    10. Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently

    Skills / Physical Requirements:

    1. Familiar with Bar Code systems, SKUS & Serial numbers
    2. Ability to Multi-task in a FAST PACED work environment to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
    3. Ability to lift 80 lbs or more
    4. Able to tolerate and exceed physical demands necessary for the position i.e. lifting, bending or standing for long periods of time

    (5) Years Experience in Shipping /Receiving Dept. Wholesale or Retail (UPS/FEDEX workstations) or (3): Years Customer Service/ order processing/ shipping experience PLUS: (2) year(s) Retail or Wholesale professional electronics experience or Operations

  • RMA Coordinator

    In search of a RMA Coordinator to manage and support a select group of resellers nationwide. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be a positive attribute to the team and have working knowledge of RMA.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for obtaining authorization (RMA) from suppliers to ship defective products for repair/ replacement
    2. Creating RMA orders and invoices for shipping defective products
    3. Monitor commit dates on RMA purchase orders and expedite materials with suppliers when necessary to insure on-time deliveries
    4. Track and report on all suppliers performances to management
    5. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
    6. Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
    7. Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the internal team and customers
    8. Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Material, Quality and Engineering as required
    9. Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required
    10. Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required
    11. Must be able to data mine and build reports and charts from shop floor control system, Real Time
    12. Process RMAs (this includes the communication, management, with vendors and reconciliation of all outgoing defective parts)
    13. Tracking RMA requests and manage aging, while escalating non-responsive vendors
    14. Adapt to and negotiate vendor requests and requirements
    15. Receive Finished Goods RMA (reverse management, and reconciliation from outgoing defective goods)
    16. Also reconcile all materials for credit PFL/PFC virtual reconciliation and system move and update of the status
    17. Multitudinous manual steps/tasks are involved in that process in order to accomplish the above scope within the job responsibilities
    18. Assist with other assigned tasks as directed by direct manager

    Education, Training and Skills:

    1. High school diploma required
    2. 2 years of experience within a RMA role
    3. Understanding and adherence to Support / Operations Best Practices is a must
    4. Good written and verbal communication skills
    5. Must work well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
    6. Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution
    7. Return or Warranty administration experience for a hardware vendor would be useful
    8. Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary

  • Video Producer / Editor

    1SourceVideo is seeking a Producer/Editor to join the production team and create engaging video content. We are looking for someone who has a knack for presenting complex tech products and making them engaging and interesting for the viewer.

    The Producer/Editor is responsible for developing, shooting, and editing original material, advertising a wide range of new pro-video and broadcast equipment. Candidatesshould be able to take direction and be capable of working in a fast-paced editing environment. This candidate will work side by side with the Senior Producer/Editor to create a constant stream of content for social media platforms.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    1. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
    2. Demonstrated ability to produce videos independently from concept to final product
    3. Must be proactive and can anticipate needs
    4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and pivot and shift gears quickly as needed
    5. Tenacity to always look for ways to elevate content through multimedia formats


    1. 3+ years of experience working in video content production
    2. Proficiency in non-linear editing with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative suite (including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
    3. Has a keen eye towards color correction, image quality, and detail
    4. Firm understanding of the entire production process, from writing, lighting, shooting and editing
    5. Proficiency filming with a variety of video, lighting, and audio equipment and formats
    6. Strong understanding of pro-video and broadcast equipment (especially Blackmagic Design) is a major plus
    7. Must be able to share a reel or samples of previous work
